Danielle Russell

Manager

Danielle has been with the Big Fish Restaurant Group for 8 years starting as a server and helping out with hostessing & bartending at the Big Fish Grill. In 2016, Danielle joined our management team at the Market and fit in perfectly! Her positive attitude, friendly smile and go-getter attitude is what we love about Danielle. On her days off, Danielle spends time with her family.

Mary Beth Tryon

Manager

Mary Beth began her career with the Big Fish Restaurant Group in 2006 as a server at the Big Fish Grill, starting helping out at the Market and quickly became the manager in 2008. For those that know Mary Beth or “MB”, you know that she is committed to making every guest happy by getting to know them & going above and beyond to ensure they have the “Big Fish” experience. On her “off” days, Mary Beth enjoys the beach, baking, and spending time with her family. If you don’t see Mary Beth while visiting the Market, don’t worry, we hide her upstairs in the office where she works on Marketing & Advertising for the Big Fish Restaurant Group . Mary Beth holds a BS in Psychology and a MS in Education.

Jeremy Gaglione

Manager

Jeremy started working at the Big Fish Market in 2013 while simultaneously working on his BS in Accounting. Jeremy has become a leader for the counter staff over the years and joined our management team in 2017. He is always willing to work where needed whether it be expediting a busy box lunch day or managing the patio on a summer night. We enjoy having Jeremy as a part of our Market team!

Fidel Escamilla

Kitchen Manager

Fidel, known to many as “Tigre”, has been working with the Big Fish Restaurant Group for 14 years. He began his journey with us as a line cook at the Big Fish Grill. At the Market since its inception in 2003, Fidel continued to learn & grow in the culinary field. He quickly became the most integral part of the Big Fish Market. Fidel is responsible for all food & kitchen operations. He not only ensures that we only serve the freshest seafood, but that every meal, party platter and catering event is outstanding! We love having Fidel not just as our kitchen manager, but as part of the Big Fish family. When Fidel is not working, he likes playing cards, soccer and spending time with his family.

Tony Coto-Yac

Asst. Kitchen Manager

Tony is a wonderful asset to the Big Fish Market team! He has been working in the restaurant industry since 2006 and has been part of the Big Fish family for the past five years. Tony is always smiling and willing to do anything to get the job done. Currently, Tony leads our kitchen team in organizing & executing our high volume of party platters & catering events. We could not do it without Tony!
