Rogelio Velasquez, General Manager
Rogelio comes to us originally from Guatemala. He has loved being with the Big Fish Restaurant Group for the past 10 years. Rogelio started as a dishwasher, learned to work all the kitchen stations, and eventually moved to kitchen manager, and now general manager of our Seafood Market. He is very passionate about cooking and when he’s not working, he enjoys fishing, hanging out with his children, and writing music.
Axel Guox, Assistant Manager
Axel has worked at the Big Fish Market since 2018 as a cashier and expeditor and now has accepted a position as manager. Axel is simultaneously working on his business degree at Del-Tech and feels this position is a great opportunity for him to learn & grow. Axel is a respectful and kind person, and he is always willing to help his co-workers and our guests daily. Axel loves to stay active by hitting the gym when he’s not at work or hanging out with friends & family.
Alejandro Cornejo, Kitchen Manager
Alejandro began with our company in 2018 working at the Big Fish Grill restaurant and Seafood Market. Through the years, Alejandro has learned to work each station in the kitchen and has also helped cook & plate food at many of our off-premise catering events. In 2020, Alejandro became our Kitchen Manager and has excelled at producing quality food efficiently.
